Oh no! My tail got bleached due to the amount of chlorine in the pool! What should I do and how can I find out the amount of chlorine in a pool???

Oh no! We’ve tested our fabric in different pools and water and have made them fade-resistant to pool chemicals, so there must have been either a lot of chemicals or something else that caused this. Have your parent/guardian send an email to CustomerCare@finfun.com for more help!

Uh oh! Unfortunately, rubbing mermaid tails on rough surfaces and rough use over time can wear on the fabric.

When will new “Mermaid Sightings” videos be posted? I watched all the videos, played all the games, did all the quizzes, read all the tales, learned all about all the Mermaidens, and looked at all of the mermaid tails, headbands, sarongs, shirts, and apparel.

In chapter 32. Jia’s Birthday, she celebrates her 16th birthday! The stories don’t tell us who the youngest Mermaiden is, so we’ll ask and let you know. As for new Mermaidens, you’ll have to wait and see!

I’m pretty sure. I actually made up mermaidens like the Mermaiden of the Great lakes, Mermaiden of the Colorado River, Mermaiden of the Indian Ocean, Mermaiden of the Nile River.

Same I made up mermaids for the Gulf of Mexico, Arabian Sea, Baltic Sea, Gulf of Guinea, South China Sea, Black Sea, Bay of Bengal, East China Sea, and so many more! Hopefully we get to see more mermaids from those places cause IMO the mermaids a run aren’t that diverse

I am sorry to say this, Fin Fun, but I am not happy at all with your mermaid tails! I ordered the Tropical Splash Mermaid tail, but instead I got the Aussie Green mermaid tail! And didn’t even come with a mono fin!
