There are 3 coupons in my package, and I do not know if I can use them all at once?! Also, the first time I swam in my tail, their was a hole in the seem, and is there supposed to be a gap at the bottom of the monofin?!

The coupons are for you to give out when people ask about your tail. Of course you can use the coupon code yourself, but only once per order.
You will need to send a picture of the hole in the seam to customerservice@finfun.com so they can help determine if your tail is under warranty.
The monofin is left open at the end so you can remove the insert to dry the cover more quickly.

I was going to choose Aussie Green, or whatever color that is, but then I chose Celtic Green because it just drew my eyes. It looks really cool! But I have blonde hair, so you know what they say, “Hot Pink is the color for you.” yadda yadda yadda. I still like green.
P.S. – the tails are WAY too expensive! But I still REALLY want one.

I am having trouble choosing a mermaid tail and top color and I already have the Aussie Green tail. I have hazel eyes, blonde/brown hair with natural highlights, light, rosy skin and faint freckles. Hi, I have been wanting to be a mermaid since i was small and when i discovered this site I was amazed!
I’m wondering if I should get Crystal’s Artic Blue or Zoey’s Aussie Green… Here’s my description: I have light brown hair with light gold california-ish highlights that goes to about 1/3 of my back, medium gold-brown eyes with long eyelashes , really pale skin (a little darker than Elsa’s from Frozen) with freckles on the top of my nose,from about half-up of my cheeks and a little of them around my eyes. I’m also kinda tall for my age…

I think i’m ready to order now if i can wear the tail at the public pool that is in my condominium! I actually have also been asking witch one i should get between aussie green and arctic blue and most of the people said aussie green so that’s my choice!!

I’m pretty sure that you will be able to wear your tail at the public pool but it might get snagged if the bottom of the pool is rough.
